2012 was the year when…

• Queen Elizabeth celebrated her 60th year since the ascension to the throne
• Cheered on our fellow Aussie Olympic athletics as they won Gold medals
• Facebook went public on Wall Street still pulling in more than 800 million users, and
• The aussie prank to Princess Kate and Prince Williams that went terribly wrong.

Well, it was our year too. We are so grateful for the many challenges and opportunities that made us grow from strength to strength. 2012 was the year when we…

• Celebrated the launch of our new website
• Pulling in more than 2700+ Facebook fans
• Cheered out loud after realising that we achieved 3 Victorian Professional Photography Silver Awards and 6 Australian Professional Photography Silver Awards,
• Went public at an official Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) event to talk about our brand, business and photography, and
• Have been terrible at blogging, but we’ll promise we’ll change that!

Honestly, we couldn’t have done this without the support and passion from our friends, family, fellow photographers, facebook fans, clients and vendors for our photography work. We are blessed to have met and partnered with so many talented people.

Wow, we are getting close to the end of 2012!

What a crazy month and pleasure it has been to capture the smiles, laughter and fun of many families before Christmas.

We have got another 6 sessions the next two days then we will be closing the shop front for a few days.

28th of December – Booked out for portrait sessions.

29th of December – One availability for a portrait session at 9am.

30th of December – Booked for a wedding.

Meet Baby Harper. 4 month old baby boy. Undeniably adorable.

The typical blue-eyed and blonde baby, which makes all the baby girls go “GAH” and his future wife go “OH LA LA”.

Seriously, I couldn’t keep my lens off of this super cute kid.

Doesn’t his smile melt your heart away…..just wanna pinch your cheeks, oh and your cute little buns.

It has been awhile since we have shared one of our same day wedding slideshows.

This one is from Anne & Loc’s wedding last Saturday that was shown at their reception at International Brighton in Brighton, Melbourne.

The morning started off with fire crackers (note to self: remember to bring ear muffs next time) for the traditional Vietnamese tea ceremonies both at the bride and groom’s home.
We then headed off for a bit of fun with location shots at Fitzroy Gardens and South Wharf.
